    1. Hi Katie, on most posts at the very end there are links for you to download. Click on the word "here" in the line that says download here. If you are still having trouble please let me know and you can always email me if that's easier :)

  4. Hello Crystal
It feels funny saying that, because my name is Crystal too. I have a blog very similar to yours. You’ve probably heard of theredcrystal.org. I also do everything for free. Just a service to others who are trying to teach their kids about CFM. I’ve shared your web address on my page this week. I hope that is ok. It is very neat to see all the people sharing their talents. I just wanted to reach out and say “Hello!” You’re amazing!

  25. I am able to use something from your lessons each time you post. They are FABULOUS!! I love them, and my primary kids love them. This year I have 3-6 year olds, including 2 autistic Sunbeam boys. I'm trying to find my way. It's difficult to find something for the older kids, who are starting to read, and my babies who just left nursery, and then these sweet boys who are lower than that. Thankfully everyone likes to color, and they like games. Do you have any suggestions for me? Thanks again for everything you do!

    1. Thank you so much for your kind words and for contacting me. It sounds like you have your hands full with a big age and ability gap. I teach 3-5 year olds in one preschool class so I know it can be a challenge. It sounds like you are doing a good job at finding something all ages like. I would suggest teaching to the middle of the group and then add visuals or movement to keep the little ones engaged and add some questions to keep the older ones thinking (honestly at that age they love visuals and movement too). I would try to keep things short and transition from sitting and listening to an activity where their hands or bodies are moving then back to sitting, etc. If you have time and another teacher you may want to divide the group during an activity. You can either do two different activities or a different version of the same activity-for example a match game. The older kids can use a several cards and the younger ones only cut out one set of cards and leave the other one as a mat (or leave one set face up) that is left face up and they place the match on top of the mat. To keep your prep down one group can color while the other group plays the game then switch. Oh I'm not sure if any of this is helpful and would love to help in anyway I can. I am happy to chat and help any time and you can always email me :)
