Free Come Follow Me Activities Chronicles 14-30

I finally have some new activities for you this week! We have been adding on to our home this past year, and I have been setting up my own little space in the unfinished area. It's not pretty yet but I love it. I keep sneaking away to work and have been having so much fun. It feels good to create again. It made me think of one of my favorite talk by President Uchdorf found here.

Now on to the activities for this week! We are studying Chronicles 14-30, 26, & 30. It was so hard to choose a theme but when I saw President Oak's talk "Alive in Christ"  linked in one of the activities, I knew that was the one. So we are focusing on the very short story of King Hezekiah extending an invitation and being a peacemaker. I included a puzzle hunt, coloring/journal page, and an interactive scenario activity. I hope you are able to find something that works for your family or primary class this week. You can find all of these activities and instructions in the free download below. Thanks for stopping by!

Come follow Me 2 Kings 17-25

I am so happy that I created these fun ideas for this week's Come Follow Me lesson. I spent a few hours this week reading these chapters and listening to some of my favorite podcasts and fell in love with King Hezekiah. Even though my own kids are getting bigger, I can't wait to share some of these activities with them and dive a little deeper into the scriptures. Four years ago was a rough time for me, and I remember walking away from creating and posting. This was my last post that year, and before that it was few and far between. I loved making these activities and the connection I had with all of you. It was so hard to let go, but also so needed.  While I can't promise weekly activities, I'm hoping to catch as many weeks as I can along the way to create some new activities. I don't know about you, but for me, I learn best when I am creating and have that strong desire to get back to creating in all aspects of life. Life is changing for us again; I just finished my last year of in-home preschool, wrapped up our first year of homeschool, and am about to send two missionaries off. So many changes, and I'm still trying to find my footing. I didn't intend to jump on and share this, but I guess this is a place I feel safe, and its because of all of you. Thank you for being here, even when I disappear for a while. I hope to be here a lot more :)
